Extract the file with winrar or 7zip as usual. But it takes longer than usual rar file. After extracting, start Download tool.exe inside the folder and start flashing. Or use sp flash tool as told on the website. After extracting bz2 file, now you can repack it as rar file using winrar. I did just that. You can thank me by helping someone else who has this problem.
