where is the firmware (for SP Flash tool)?
hii guys... i really need that file, my HP 7 VoiceTab - 1351ra MT8382 bootloop problem... need more advice and solutions, thx..Android Scatter File contain information of device structure it contains memory map of the image file. Scatter-loading gives you complete control over the grouping and placement of image components. Scatter-loading can be used for simple images, but it is generally only used for images that have a complex memory map, that is, where multiple regions are scattered in the memory map at load and execution time.

try resetting the device or flash stock rom
