did you try resetting it ?
1.Turn-Off Tablet
2.Hold and Press Volume up and Power Button until you see Android Lying with Exclamation Points
3.From there Press Power Button to go to Android System Recovery
4.Use Volume down to select wipe data/factory reset,Volume up to enter or confirm
5.Select Yes-delete all user data
6.Reboot System
7.Follow on screen to continue using tablet
